These terms apply when you use the Great Deals Garage website or buy something from us. By browsing the site or contacting us about an item, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Great Deals Garage is a small resale business operating out of the Village of Florida, New York. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Great Deals Garage; “you” means the person using the site.

Everything you see on this site is an invitation to reach out — not a binding offer to sell. A sale is only final when we have agreed on a price in person and payment has changed hands.

We list one-of-a-kind and limited-quantity items, and inventory moves. An item may be sold before its listing comes down. Prices, availability, descriptions, and photos are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors, cancel an inquiry, or decline a sale for any lawful reason.

We sell secondhand, overstock, open-box, and closeout goods. We check items before listing them and note any known flaws or issues in the description, but these are not new retail products and should not be expected to be.

Items are sold as-is, in the condition described. We make no warranty — express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — beyond what a listing specifically states. Manufacturer warranties generally do not transfer on resale items, and we do not represent that any item is still under one.

You are welcome and encouraged to inspect any item at pickup before you pay. If you have questions about condition, ask before scheduling — we would rather answer up front than have you make the trip for nothing.

We photograph the actual item you would be buying, and we describe it as accurately as we can. Even so, colors can vary between screens, and minor cosmetic wear typical of used goods may not be visible in every photo. Measurements and specifications are given in good faith and should be treated as approximate unless we confirm them for you.

We are local pickup only, by appointment. We do not ship or deliver. Our exact address is shared with you once a pickup time is confirmed.

We can hold an item for a short time once an appointment is scheduled. Nothing is reserved until we have confirmed a time with you. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, let us know — no-shows may forfeit a hold so the item can go to the next person.

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. Payment is collected in person at pickup.

No payment is ever processed through this website. We will never ask you to send money to claim, reserve, or ship an item, and we will never ask for your card or bank details. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for any of that, it is not us — please let us know.

If something is not right, reach out and we will work it out with you. We accept returns as long as the item comes back in reasonable condition — meaning substantially as it was when it left us, not damaged, modified, or heavily used after purchase.

Contact us within a reasonable time after pickup so we can sort it out while we both still have the details fresh. Refunds are issued by the same method you paid whenever possible.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or bulk-download listings, photos, or data from the site;
• submit false, fraudulent, or automated inquiries through the contact form;
• attempt to access the admin area or any non-public part of the site;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site; or
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may block access to anyone who does these things.

The photos, descriptions, layout, and branding on this site belong to Great Deals Garage. You are welcome to share a link to a listing. Please do not copy our photos or listing text to repost items elsewhere as your own.

Brand names and trademarks mentioned in listings belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the item being sold. Their appearance here does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any item you buy from us or your use of this site is limited to the amount you actually paid for that item.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost time, lost profits, or damage arising from how an item is installed, modified, or used after it leaves us. You are responsible for using items you buy safely and for the purpose they were made for, and for having appropriate work done by a qualified professional where that matters.

The site itself is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, New York.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The version posted here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
